Location: Crown Province of Ostgardr, East Kingdom (NY, NY).
Persona Information: Iam from 14th cen. Prague (as the latter part of my name should indicate; or so the nice herald said).
SCA Interests: Heavy fighting, cooking, brewing; sewing to the point of being able to make clothes for myself that I can be proud of, but it's not a passion. After a fair amount of puttering around libraries, bookstores, and the web, I've found that there's very little info to be found about daily life in Prague (or anywhere nearby) unless you know Czech. There's a little bit to be found in other places, like descriptions of Charles IV's visit to France, but nothing like the mass volumes on life, garments, houses, breeds of cow, etc. in England and France of the period. So I joined SIG looking for pointers to
whatever sources are available, or information from those who _can_ read Czech. (I hope to take a course in the language, but I just don't have the time right now.)
Other Information: My greatest dream is to be able to afford my own copy of _Gothic Woman's Fashion_ instead of pestering the FIT librarians every week :)
