Persona Information: My name is Kseniia Nikolaeva doch'. My father, Nikolai Aleksandrov syn', is a boyar in the court of our Tsar, Ivan the Fourth. My father is an advisor to the Tsar, and lives in Moscow, where we sometimes live with him. Most of the time, we live in our town called Iur'ev. It is in Northwest Russia, west of Novgorod.
You must be wondering who 'we' are! Well, there is my mother, Oksana, who is
from a minor Ukranian noble family. I also have three other brothers and a
sister. They are Aleksandr, Nikolai, Olga (who is a nun) and Pavel. I am the
youngest. Father wishes to marry me off into another boyar's family, but
mother wants me to follow in Olga's footsteps and be a nun.
SCA Interests: Russian history (esp. late period), russian garb, rapier combat,
heraldry
Other Information: I am herald-in-training to Lord Vladislav cel Inalt
Tepelus, who is the baronial herald. I take as many photos at events as
possible. I am currently trying to learn russian so that one day I get into
the good research. Mundanely, I am currently trying to get a post-secondary
education...where that is is still up in the air...long story.
